Agreement

Be advised that entering Westervelt Company owned lands or other lands controlled by Westervelt Wildlife Services for the purpose of evaluating a potential recreational lease or for any other reason will be done only with permission and at your own risk. By entering any WWS lease tract you agree to waive any and all claims against the Westervelt Company, affiliates, associates, directors and contractors from liability and claims of every type including but not limited to court cost and any legal fees incurred from claims of injury, death, or property damage resulting from your presence on any land owned or managed by Westervelt Wildlife Services. This agreement applies to you and any other persons accompanying you, under your direction, or at your request.
