Our roots are tied to Quality Deer Management. Westervelt Wildlife Services not only helped trap and stock deer in Alabama in the late 1950’s, but was among the first to initiate the harvest of does and protect young bucks to enhance the quality of the deer herd on our lands in the 1960’s as populations became abundant. Through sound wildlife management strategies, the Westervelt lands became some of the finest hunting lands in Alabama, and still are today. With over 170 years of combined deer management experience, Westervelt’s staff of biologists has the experience and knowledge to help achieve your deer management goals.
