Our Property Management Review starts by a meeting at your property and a brief interview (normally with the landowner(s), land manager, or hunting club) to determine overall and specific goals of the property or wildlife management program, historical management, current status of the property, and other relevant information that will help us help you.

If goals are unknown, our biologists can help establish realistic goals based on discussions with the client and attributes of the property. After getting a better understanding of the land management goals, we look at the property in detail. During the property visit our biologists identify the property’s strengths and weaknesses based on the goals of the property.

Based on discussions during the visit and the property assessment, we provide prioritized management recommendations that will address weaknesses of the property that will enhance the wildlife or recreational value and help achieve land management goals.
